I love seated cable rows. I noticed after implementing weighted inverted rows I can do 200 lbs on the seated cable row for about 8 clean reps.

When you go on a cut for a while and then go on a bulk your body respond really well and you will put on size that will shock you. Anybody who is on calorie surplus i would advice them to cut for few weeks and then go on a bulk you will notice major changes in your body that will surprise you. When u go on a bulk after cutting phase your body has this anabolic effect that you will feel stronger and you muscles will grow really fast, your body becomes sensitive to any healthy food you eat and protein as well

The deadlifting over 500 attributing to back thickness to a significant degree was interesting. Anecdotally I know Alec Enkiri only did pull ups when pushing his deadlift hard. I know NSUNS posted on Reddit saying the same thing. Typically only does chin ups and pull ups due to how fatiguing his deadlift training is on his upper back
