This video shows why you need to have a dashcam recording at all times. An insurance scammer in a BMW purposely backs his car into the cam car, and then gets out and blames the cammer. This was all intentional, to get insurance money. Luckily the dashcam saved the day and this scammer didn't get his payday.

OMFG Stop telling them you have a camera. Let them lie on an official police report. Then show the video to the cop after they have fully incriminated themselves.
