Homemade Cashew Milk!! This is smooth, creamy, and delicious and there is no straining or leftover pulp. This non-dairy milk takes only a few minutes in the blender and can be used in a ton of recipes or drank by itself. This is #zerowaste too if you buy your cashews in bulk, which means this recipe will also save you money and plastic! That’s a win-win. :-) This is a raw vegan recipe, it is also gluten-free, oil-free, soy-free & corn-free and medical medium protocol friendly.

What type of blender did you use with this?

Sounds good apart from I will not store nuts in a freezer. It destroys the goodness so is not healthy for the nuts or me. It is too cold and will destroy nutrients. Healthier to keep nuts in an airtight container so nutrients are reserved. Thanks for your video.

The nuts don't have to be soaked first?

Nuts are very caloric. How many calories in a cup of cashew milk?
