For people wondering, the physics behind doing stuff like this is as follows. Work=Force/(Distance*cosθ) If you're going fast enough, thus increasing distance, and the angle is steep enough when you land. The end result (Work) is less, the force experienced by the body is less. If he's hauling ass when when he lands and doesn't biff it, this wouldn't hurt his bones or anything. The impact is dispersed. The trick to surviving a drop like that is speed, and not landing flat, you want to ski that force off, had he speed checked at all going into it, or not stuck the landing. He'd be in trouble. Physics is fun. It's why tucking and rolling breaks your fall when jumping from heights. :)
