A Visible newbie here. It's been only 1 week of Visible service and i am already convinced their HOTSPOT WiFi can replace my home internet. Surfing the web and Social Media No problems, Uploading images No problems, Streaming movies No problems. The Visible Hotspot isn't the fastest speed out there but I can verify it was plenty enough for my use as a photographer/ Graphic artist uploading and downloading large files.

My sister switch to visible and she have a excellent service even with one bar. And the hotspot is amazing.

FYI Visible's phone financing program Affirm is a separate company. I bought an iPhone from Visible using Affirm. After 2 months I left Visible because of geographic reasons but the phone wasn't locked to Visible so the change was painless. I just continued using the Affirm app for continuing monthly hardware payments.

Only thing holding me back from switching to visible is them not supporting my note 10+ unlocked phone without having to mess with all the apn settings to get it to work

I live in TN but often go into KY with spotty service. My S10 is unlocked so I just got T-mobile $15 Magenta and I use that in KY and transfer calls to my T-mobile number before leaving the state.

Visible uses Verizon towers, but can only use LTE. So the coverage may not be exactly the same as standard verizon service. Visible may be 5g access in the future

Can you help me? I have been trying to log into my account for strait talk on my phone, and when I press the log in button it comes up with a "response failure" message. If you have any idea how to help it would be much appreciated ❤️

I am curious why your Pixel dialer show "Fi"... When you switched to this SIM, it thought the the dialer would not show this...

I switched from att to metro psc. They charged $146 for 2 line and 1 month bill $80 . It’s terrible. This wireless company just $40, huh? Is there any fee of activation fee?

Leaving expensive AT&T with “True unlimited data” plan from 2007 to this plan by the end of the month. Have my own phone and going to port my number over, hope I can get that $100 gift card

Visible was fine for 3 months then the bottom dropped out....spent days on the phone with them and it's still about 1/2 meg speed now. Went from 5 to 1/2 meg. Terrible now! I bought a brand new phone from them trade in! That pisses me off. They seem to be throttling the speed. I don't care what they seen throttling with verizon and it's the same with visible. The worst customer service you will ever see anywhere!
I could use an andriod box for the first 3 I'm lucky to get a webpage to load.
I've talked to CS for days and they have had upper tech support call me. All they say is the area has bad coverage. It's funny how the coverage was fine for the first 3 months now it's crap....that's a lie! Beware....they lie.
