I actually like Strixhaven more than Kaldheim, and I really thought I'd like more of those dual faced cards and all the gods in Kaldheim. Boros gets a loooot of love, Red in general got a lot of fun tools, Izzet is easier to run burn now. Gives some much needed value to non-Green for EDH, imo.

I think Culling ritual is mainly a tokenkiller. Your opponent has a avenger of zendikar? Play this and it reads "make your opponents sad and get a bunch of mana for it"

oh and to make matters worse for Wandering Archaic it's the counterspells they have to pay 2 by default for those because if's your spells this essentially gives your spells "this spell is Uncounterable Unless they pay 2" which means you can counter their counter with the clone of their counterspell

which means not "fierce guardianship" nor "force of negation" nor "foil" and not even "force of will" can stop you without 2 mana open so they can't do the freebie trick with those because of counter your counter

Strict Proctor affects you too. So you can not pay 2 to counter your own trigger abilities. Bounce lands won't bounce, Eater of Days won't skip your turns, etc

Strict Proctor even counters the ETB ability of Bounce Lands. You can ramp in white with this in play. :P

Theres just something about a firesong and sunspeaker lifelink effect with Star of extinction that just makes me so happy

Something to point out about strict proctor which I may be wrong about, but it causes lands that have a "enter the battlefield tapped unless" to just enter untapped because it counters the tap clause, making some duels more potent in play

You still have to pay the mana cost for radiant scrollwielder. It's still really good for double casting stuff in boros of all colors, but it's not quite as good as you said

Keep in mind tokens are considered a 0CMC, so culling ritual could easily be generating 20+ mana in Golgiri for minimal effort.

Hour of revelation > Devastating Mastery. I agree with you about the (3) mana side of Wandering Archaic is a waste. There's no situation you ever cast it unless you can get it back by turn 5 out of graveyard or something.

I just see Fracture as similar to Disenchant - Disenchant doesn't get played much, Planeswalkers aren't usually significant threats because multiple people can interact and punch at it. At least Mortify can target a creature

I'm just thinking about the cards in my Liesa deck, and I don't think Fracture makes the cut between all the other cards I have in the deck already: Swords to Plowshares, Path to Exile, Despark, Generous Gift, Heliod's Intervention, Mortify, Utter End, Deadly Rollick
