I might be wrong, but I don't think that Witherbloom Apprentice triggers twice from Isochron Scepter. Magecraft says "whenever you cast or copy an instant or sorcery SPELL", while Scepter first copies a CARD and only then casts it so it becomes SPELL. So, Magecraft should only trigger once.

As someone else already said, Isochron Scepter would only trigger Magecraft once, since it copies the CARD while Magecraft triggers when copying SPELLS.
I thought it worked that way too but had my doubts and asked on an mtg rules forum and they confirmed it.
It's still kinda naughty though.

Appreciate deeply the revelation of Rushed Rebirth. Having a 2nd look at it and seeing it in this video gave me a close look and geez, it's definitely not unreasonable to just win off this card.

Thoughts on Baleful Mastery however? 3B OR 1B: an opponent draws a card. Instant. Exile target creature or planeswalker. It does have synergy with some other cards too like: Smothering Tithe, Hullbreacher, (Narset on an opponent's turn?), C. Sphinx.

Honestly some sort of Witherbloom cEDH with the new tools putting a life manip/aristocrats spin on the classic Golgari formula sounds both fun and strong

I don't think isostick triggers magecraft twice. Magecraft reads "whenever you cast or copy an instant or sorcery spell..." Isostick casts the copy, which will trigger it, but the thing it is copying is a card in exile, rather than a spell.

not surprised by any of these cards, which I guess means I'm getting better at analyzing cards for cEDH. another card I see possibly seeing play is Withbloom Command, where I see it often killing a mana rock and mana dork at the same time

Unfortunately Isocron scepter only triggers Magecraft once. You create a copy of the card, not the spell. You do get the trigger from casting said copy

6:42 This is not true. Magecraft cares about copying a “SPELL”. Isochron makes a copy of a card, not a spell.
