Don't listen to the negativity, but i have some tips. That being said, I haven't watched your progress at all, so I don't know where you started, but make any patch panel you're gonna put in, then cut the bad area out. Also, tack EVERYTHING together before you start finish welding ANYTHING.

Why not just cut out the entire patch and do the job right
