I will be watching this new UON closely. Time will tell if he is the right choice for the job and if he will be bringing the needed change.

Prof. talks bold and big. The real proof of the pudding is in the eating. I am left wondering, though - Did UoN run out of options to appoint a native competent "Evangelist"? Our own Prof. Olive Mugenda transformed KU to a top-class university. Zakayo Ruto is obsessed by Western approvals, and he has sunk his teeth deeper in his engagements with them. Well, all said, time will tell if Prof. Chancellor is worth his salt.
