hello, i m moving to a new place and subscribed their fiber broadband service from their website. the whole process only asked me to confirm where to collect the hub kit and provided the direct debit details but never scheduled for any fiber installation? Is this a normal procedure or I need to do it separately after i collect the hub kit? thx

there isht a virgin media thing in my wall? do they need to fit one of those as well for it to work?? mines just an block with aerial slots not the virgin media one though you have.m

I am looking to order the 100mb fibre and phone line package. So i can just confirm with you based on that video that VM will not be installing a separate phone socket but you just plug the phone into the fibre hub?

I have a question, I hope you can help. My Virgin phone is playing up, just crackling and doesn't work. So rather than call an engineer yet.
I have tried connecting my phone exactly how you have connected your phone here. Using the same phone socket/hub converter. But its not working. Phone "saying please check line cord."
Does your phone now work, even without it plugged onto the wall socket. (I saw it was broken.) But is your phone working directly through the Hub 3? Without using the wall socket. Thanks.

Hi, did you have any difficulty connecting the Hub 3 to an existing printer? I just can't get it to find the printer or vice versa? Any thoughts?

If you have connected the phone into the router do you still need a wall socket?! ie 6:08, I do not have this but i do have a VM connection

I have ordered broadband and phone line, now virgin r telling me i have to plug my phone into the hub and cannot use my wall socket, my phone is in another room so i need it in the wall socket, any help.

Got this router 15 years ago now got a Hub-4/5 tower type box + mini TV -box on 4k, im all plugged-in with these cables in my front room and need to plug in this old thing to my sitting room as the white cable has been snipped with an inch to try put a splitter-on to. Sacked BT aFTER SLOW BROADBAND SPEED FROM FEBUARY 2022 NOW in October /Novenber got there tower and mini box on 4k in to NTL socket myself for £35 and on £23 per month as BT kept price hikeing from £25 quid up to £33 + in the middle of compensation they deduct from the bill why i went back to virgin-medias offer of a tv-box with ethernet in the power socket (weird AS ) BUT GREAT FOR ANY fIRESTICK ....GOOD VIDEO OF AN OLD SET-UP NO ENGINEER NEEDED ...THANKS WELL DONE HONESTLY NEVER KNEW THEY STILL SENT THESE OUT AS THE ONE TOWER TYPE I GOT WAS DISHED OUT IN 2017 STRANGE GREEDY COMPANY ASK FOR THER 1GIGHTZ DEAL AS IT'S ON ALL THERE BRIGHT RED VANS NOW ...TA XX
