15:08 The most expensive cost in business is to get a customer / client (acquisition costs). Most people spend all that money, and then they start all over and try to get another client, and try to get another client. For someone who’s not just a customer, but an ongoing client, you don’t have to spend all the marketing dollars anymore. If you’ve met their needs, servicing them again is really valuable (and profitable).

Reminds me when I was working part-time at a Hiroshima Okonomiyaki place in Shinjuku Tokyo that struggled to get a lot of customers, so I went ahead and dined in the area and at nearby competitors and had him implement ideas that were working all around to constantly reel in new customers. His trouble was then getting them to come back since he was understaffed and couldn't handle having that much an influx! LOL
