Use the velcro command strips for the sound panels, they stick great

Firstly: make sure your wall is clean and dry or the tape wont stay stuck to it. You might actually need tacks or better adhesive. Secondly, if you stay with that tape, then make a process--cut all your tape first. Peel all 1 side for a panel, adhere it, peel back sides off all at once, affix to wall. Thirdly: Great choice! That's sound-absorbing foam used in recording studios. It will absolutely do the trick. Atta boy,
