A Guide to Nutritious and Delicious Food Choices
Joca's Comfort Food Our comfort food is delicious, hearty, and made with love.
Ingredients.
200g of oats
400 ml of milk
2 eggs
40g of raw sugar
2g salt
10g baking powder
4g of ground cinnamon
1 diced apple
1 cup of already hydrated blueberries
200g of oats. I am going to add 400 ML of milk. What we are going to do is that we are going to let it rest for at least 10 minutes so our oats soften.
In a Bowl, 2 eggs. We beat very well. I add 40g of brown sugar, 2g of salt, 10g of baking powder, and 4g of ground cinnamon. Mix
absorbed the milk. Now we add the previous mixture that we made to the oatmeal. mix it
Now 1 apple. Which we are going to cut into very small squares. First, clearing away the
seeds. And of these apples, we are only going to add half to the mix.
Blueberries that I have here, 1 cup. I got them dehydrated. If that is your case, so that your preparation is better and smoother, do this. Put it at least 2 hours in water and see how it doubles in size. It will even take advantage of much more in the recipe. Now we're just going to add half of the blueberries to our preparation.
In a baking pan, I will put parchment paper on. Then we add all our
mix. We accommodate well. And now, we are going to put the other half of what we had here for the blueberries above. and the same with the Apples that we had left for the
final.
Baked for 40-50 minutes at 180g c.
Wait for it to cool completely
and disassemble it. Enjoy.
