So...We DID see Galactus in 'Rise of the Silver Surfer'

Or at least a silhouette of him. About an hour and five minutes into the movie, Galactus travels past Saturn.

Actually we do get a glimpse at Galactus. When Surfer is talking to him, it cuts to a molten mess that if you pay attention, its supposed to be Galactus feeding on the energy he is drawing but you can't really make out any eyes, or distinct helmet elements, its just shows his sillouette while he is feeding. And no he doesn't talk

People don't appreciate the effort that went into this film and the previous one. They didn't have the funds to make the Original show up. When Silver Surfer goes into space into Galactus's cloud, you can see the outline of his helmet. He is really there, the cloud is just covering him.

The scene alone made me wish someone bought Galactus from Fox, however I loved their silver surfer( just not the power originates from his board thing)

I actually saw this shadow in the cinema for my first viewing and got excited, which means I was extra annoyed when I got a freakin' cloud instead.

I think that should be the MCU’s design. Only a silhouette of him. The only thing we CAN see that’s not shadowed, 2 big glowing white eyes. It’d make for a mysterious design, leave the viewer up to its imagination of what they think it looks like.

If Galactus had devoured Jupiter, he would have doomed Earth, whether he consumed it or not. That planet constantly takes hits for Earth like it's in a cosmic boxing match.

No one in this comment section understood this part of them showing saturn...there is an esoteric as well as an exoteric meaning to this.
