yes yes and download timecycle v5 and use it for low end pc and it will load good, also the way you change your graphics lighting is with visual settings.dat and the els ini. changes the BLOOM EFFECT IN IT. to get the desired flash brightness and distance. for the els light..

make sure you disable trainer ctrl -alt-e

turn everything that is off to on in els Ini and els folder default config files. to do this you open with notepad.

ELS+TRAINER: go to options in trainer menu. Press 6 to go to secondary menu. Find the line " enable/disable keys". Press 5 to disable keys. That´s all

what is the problem? please state more descriptive words.. you need microsoft framework 4.0 and you need x64 installed, alswell and dsound.dll and scripthook.dll installed-scripthook needs to be version 0.5.1. also j and k will turn on the lights. if not. you need to patch your game to 1.0.7.0 and make sure your in a police car. that is modded into the game. so u need to look up how to install els v6 cars into the game.

How do you use your trainer and ELS together? Once you disable trainer you cant use it.
