GTA IV - How to install ELS on 1.0.7.0

just wanted to say thanks i have tried so many video trying to do this mod and i was about tp give up on doing but then it worked so thanks.

Hi man nice videos, watch them all the time, however Ive been installing gta for over like 3 hours, had to bug fix all the s***t that's stuffed up on the game now, However besides that I got it working but ive finally got to the els part, and Inside the car Alt+M spawns me a bike noting about the lights, Also is there any reason it would not be working? I followed your step, ive got a few els cars in-game but H J K dont do anything at all with the lights. Any help would be greatly appreciated,

@McBoneRapz how do you add a car to the els? i read somewhere that before it'll work you need to add it to a folder/file.

If you are using windows 7, run the game as administrator

HEY when i was copying the files to the gta iv directory it said there was already files with that name. should i replace them? or move it buth keep both files? please help

Same problem, if I put just the ESL files in it runs, but the lights don't work, if I try to put in dsound or script hook my game wont work. If you figured out how to fix it please tell me how.

Same happens to me, some of the lights will turn on but they stay on.

I did exactly what he says, and now my GTA is fucked up, no cars spawn, EVER. Please help me, i tried deleting it to.

what if u have 1040 i dont want to upgrade bcuz i have enb for my patch. damn this sucks
