I know a girl who was a taxi dispatcher. She left the taxi company at 32 years of age to go back to college to get her Women's Studies degree. She got her degree, called people misogynists for a few months, then went back to her taxi dispatcher job. That was 18 years ago. She's 50 years old still working as a dispatcher. Good goin' Eileen

My cousin gave up her pre-med scholarship to get a degree in gender studies, and racked up 10s of thousands of student loan debt. The only job she's even had was as a part time pole dance instructor.
