there is a bug rn or problems after the new patch. I legit get blinks constantly. Imagine you have 0 fps issues or ping, but the screen isn't reacting to the tempo of the game. It happens often when I do Dahes, stun etc.

All my drivers are updated etc. and it first started to happen a lot after the last patch.

RIOT somehow manage to mess up their client 9/10 times after updates... Unbelievable small indie Company??
