I love the shared universe theory. I've made my own separate Disney shared universe theory between Star Wars and Marvel where Odin's conquest of the universe needs to bring him to that galaxy far, far away.

Edna Mode didn't make Syndromes costume, he made it himself; if people pay attention, Buddy even had a blue cape on when he was trying to be Incredi-boy, so more than likely, he designed his outfit with a cape because he had an affinity for them

Not a Pixar thing, per say, but I had this vision recently that perhaps Shen Yu from Mulan had watched others kill his family and that's why he joined / started the Hun army.
For some reason, when I think of the scene where he's popping out of the snow yelling made it make even more sense because he just lost so much of his army and it was basically watching his loved ones die again.

I don't think I really saw any backstory on WHY he attacked China, and idk if the movie was based off the real war, so I can't really say much else. I just find it a rather interesting headcanon at least.

The only theory that I have an argument against is the one where the doors from Monsters Inc. have the power to send monsters through time. Reason I say this is because of the energy crisis, due to the fact that the newer generation of kids is harder to scare. If they had the ability to travel through time, couldn’t they just go back in time to when children were harder to scare?
