I’m part of the LGBT community (gay but NOT a professional flag waver) and this royally pisses me off - as does the extra alphabet letters seemingly thrown about for no reason (sorry, I just don’t get “intersex” and, though sexual fluidity IS a thing, gender fluidity is b.s). Since when is a strong, straight FEMALE a bad thing? Joan was a young, devout, strong young French woman who literally terrified the ruling elite in England. Under her leadership, France clawed back a lot of things they’d lost thanks to Henry V (Agincourt). She’s a French hero and - shock horror - NOT non binary but a very, very traditional WOMAN. This wokeist b.s has to stop and, yes, fought against completely. History can’t be rewritten by these sexually/identity confused idiots. Saint Joan, your femininity should be celebrated.

When it comes to this I always think of this quote: "many young people believe that all the privileges, all the freedom, all the enjoyments which woman now possesses always were hers. It is really sad that the modern feminist doesn't protect the rights, our spaces that true feminist of the past fought for, they easily give womanhood away. Women are not made, they're born. I’m part of the LGBTetc community and every time a story like this comes out a piece of my soul dies. As a woman I’m fed up seeing present day/historical women given a non-binary identity if they are in positions of power. By changing her gender identity it’s almost giving out the impression that to be taken seriously you *can't* be female. I’m tired of powerful women not being allowed to be female.

I've always looked up to queens. My dad called me a princess growing up when I became a adult I decided I was now a queen so I should act like it. That doesn't mean I'm better than others it means I'm for the people in my life, compromising, compassionate, loving, I'm not a pushover either. I want to see more Queens not girl bosses.
