I went to this video because i lost my 300 streak and someone told me that the northern serpent was rare and told me to check it out so here i am. But i was only using the arctic rod and no bait at all is this normal?

Here is A tip Just use a magnet rod to get bait crates and Presents fast

i got one without any luck with the arctic rod and it was really hard because of how slow it went and when i missed the fish i lost a ton of progress since it's so slow

Idk what I’m doing wrong, I’m using ROTD with Holly berry, Merlin luck, and fog but not getting it, I’ve caught 1000+ fish and still haven’t gotten it

i bought 90 festive bait crates, went out to the ice, and recasted 3 time ms cuz my character retracted the rod, and on the third cast, it popped out of the water in all its glory

u can use any festive baits to catch one, for example i catch it with a peppermint worm bait from the 7th catch

Is the heaven's rod with the hasty enchant good for getting the northstar serpent?

I used a 1 hour Merlin Luck, 4x Server luck boost, 3 Smokescreen Totems, both Hasty Avalanche Rod and Hasty King’s Rod, and used 83 Holly Berries, yet not a single Northstar Serpent. It must be very very very rare
