Avada Kedavra is ABSOLUTELY NOT OVERPOWERED in Hogwarts Legacy

Max level avada kedavra is incredibly OP in hogwarts legacy and I love it!

I was doing a “good play through” first and so I didn’t learn any of the curses. My wife came in one day and said “just Avada kedavra them!” And I said “No! I’m a good witch!!” And then I transfigured a poacher into a red barrel and blew up their buddies with them… she said “ah yes, so much more humane just let them burn to death” 😂😂😂😂

What I love about Adava int his game is that it disintegrates the life bar of the target, while not lowering it at all.

Every spell has a strength and weakness, the fact it kills any organic target can be a weakness
Lord Voldemort is an example as he was struck down twice by his own Killing Curse, as it can be possible it can be used against the Caster

Another weakness is the fact it kills organic targets, it can in theory be blocked by an inorganic target as a shield as Dumbledore in the books used animated statues to block Voldemort’s Killing Curses in thier duel

In theory a Wizard could either animate or Levitate an inorganic target to go between them and the Killing Curse to block it

I found that if you turn a cursed enemy into an explosive barrel and throw them at someone else all other cursed enemies are instantly killed as long as you have the talent that shares damage between them so there's a quick alternative till you have avada kedavra

The Avada Kedavra sfx reminds me of when you are about to close a rift in Dragon Age inquisition

Crucio with the talent that spreads curse plus Avada Kedavera with the talent that lets it chain to all cursed targets in range is so busted. It makes me laugh every time seeing poacher camps that would’ve taken me minutes to complete the early game beaten in less than 10 seconds.

People keep saying it's not op because it does exactly what the spell is supposed to do. No the OP part is when you get the talent that makes it chain to any enemy with a curse effect. And the fact the curse effect can be put on enemies in so many ways.

I took out an entire camp with a single avada kadavra that just chained to everyone else

Honestly avada kedavra isn't overpowered, it's crucio that's overpowered. If you couldn't spread curses so easily you'd have to work a lot harder to kill everything in one shot

The unforgivable curses are like a serial killers mindset, their broken spells but you have to be genuinely evil person to do it.

If they gave the spell to players right near the start I'm sure it would be very game-breaking but they make you wait quite a whole for it.

not sure if I would learn the spell on my first playthrough... probably will learn it when I enter Ravenclaw or Slytherin... I intend to play the game four times, all of which would have me enter different houses each time

Hey! Can you share how you spawn enemies? I have heard people using native console, but I could never figured out which actors ID to use to spawn enemies and where to get those actor IDs.
