they don't appear in unistaller. they appear at "uninstall programs" but it says "they may have already been uninstalled" but my PC storage is still full with them.

my case is i downlode a game then delete it but aperenlty there was a file that didnt got delete that is the same size as the game so there is this error when i try to delete it from the setings
