🌱 Roasted broccoli
300 grams (11 oz) broccoli
4 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
2 cloves garlic
½ teaspoon chili flakes
½ teaspoon salt
1 lemon zest and juice
½ cup almonds
3 tablespoons vegan parmesan
🌱 Mushroom pasta
250 grams (7 oz) pasta spaghetti, egg-free tagliatelle, linguine, etc
500 grams (18 oz) mushrooms mix portobello and cremini, or other
150 grams (5 oz) cherry tomatoes
15 grams (0.5 oz) dried porcini mushrooms
½ cup white wine
2 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic
0.5 teaspoon chili flakes
1 handful parsley
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon vegan butter or margarine
🌱 Coffee mousse
60 grams (¼ cups) coffee strong
250 grams (1 cups) whipping cream (we use vegan whipping cream that is already sweetened)
30 grams (2 tablespoons) sugar optional
15 grams (1 tablespoons) cacao powder dutch processed
