Muslims find it hard to understand the trinity because in Islam everything is clearly defined and wrote down in scripture, whilst a lot of Christianity is open to interpretation. To give you an example there is no where in the bible where Jesus explicitly says the words “I am god”, but in Islam there are hundreds of verses that specifically state that “god is one with no partners”. In the New Testament the trinity is not expressly mentioned, so much so you can’t even find the word trinity in the bible. In Islam however, everything we believe is written explicitly so no interpretations can be made

this is why i believe all religion is egotistical. every religion says their belief is true while everyone else is wrong.

The thing that actually makes Christianity different is that the Trinity is technically Jesus as a demigod, holy spirit as god and the father is god, yet you say you believe in one god, when it's clearly 2 gods and a demigod
