I'd like to hear a reporter ask a politician who has a young daughter if he really would be okay with her undressing, or showering, in a changeroom next to a man. Or having an adult man stripping down to nothing in front of his little girl. I bet if they were honest (hard for a politician I know) they would admit that they wouldn't be okay with any of their female family members being forced into a situation where they had to undress and be naked in front of male strangers, or had to accept naked men in what are supposed to be safe, single sex, spaces for women.

I think the problem here is the obsession with "what is a woman"? What a ruse. The obsessive question that is not really asked should be, "what is a man"? I think this would resolve a lot of issues.
