I stopped wearing deodorant for a year and it totally changed my life. I now have more alone time to contemplate the meaning of life and the mysteries of the universe.

I did the same thing. Only thing that happened for me was my wife filed for divorce, my kids won't talk to me and I had to find a new church.

A factor not mentioned here is age. Armpit odor begins at adrenarche (which is part of puberty), rises quickly to a lifetime peak, then declines slowly over the years. Lots of old people have probably gotten into the deodorant/antiperspirant habit at some point, kept it up, and don't realize they've outgrown their need for it.

Great advise for those not living in the hot, humid muggy south where stepping outside for more than a few minutes may cause you to SWEAT, and any longer than that to SWEAT BULLETS. Adding stress sweat just adds to the mix. Shaving pits helps as it reduces surface area hair to catch odor. If you do live in the Dirty South, pit stains and BO are not a great. I NEED antiperspirant deodorant, as a full day of no deodorant makes innocent by standers suffer.

Antonio: “Deodorant gives you cancer”

Me: What doesn’t give you cancer nowadays? 😂 Air gives you cancer, Water gives you cancer, Sunlight gives you cancer, Cancer gives you cancer.

I remembered reading somewhere that those who have waxy (moist) ear wax will have body odours (armpit).
Of course like you said: food, weather, how much one will perspire are contributing factors.

I haven't worn deodorant / anti-perspirant for over a year, as I just fell out of the habit. I shower twice per day and always wear fresh clothes. I just checked with my wife and she says I don't smell.

I hate 48-Hour deodorants. They feel like I’m putting beeswax on my armpit. Thank you but I shower daily and don’t need it to last two days!

I think a more appropriate title to this video would be, "How I changed my thinking about using deodorant."

This was a brilliant video. I haven’t been able to wear deodorant on my skin as it quickly develops a painful and itchy rash. I always put it on my undershirt to help block the smell if I sweated and to make me smell good. But here’s a cool idea my friend shared with me: his wife puts lime juice on her arm pits and she never smells! The skin likes acid over alkaline solutions and this seems to work for her. I may just have to try this! Thank you for an awesome movie Antonio!

I had breast pain I tried everything but when I stopped using the natural deodorant the pain disappeared. I used hemp oil with essential Ila and it works great!

Actually in the middle of a pandemic, smelling really bad makes sure that others keep a distance. That does not mean that you should not take a shower. You can also just wear a really bad perfume. On a trip to Shanghai I wore "David Beckham classic". The result was that even in a crowded subway people kept a distance from me. It only works though if you use a lot of it. I used about 50 sprays of it every morning.

Don’t forget that the clothing fabric is also a culprit in creating the BO. I have one of those SPF hiking shirt made of synthetic material. It even has perforated venting along the sides of the back to help air flow, keeping the body cooler. I have tried wearing deodorant, antiperspirant, and going without while wearing this shirt, and within a few hours I absolutely STINK! The only thing that slows down the wild concentration of the BO is when I wear a white cotton T-shirt under this shirt. I wasted a lot of money on a good-looking, well made shirt that is virtually unwearable.
