The pain in the abdomen follows a specific pattern for a specific organ which actually follows the nerve supply concerning to that. So pain may start from a different place and go onto a different place. Depending on where the pain is started and where the pain is ending. We have a specific diagnosis as t where the pain s arising from. Like the appendicular pain may start at a different place, like near the umbulicus and may later on go to the lower abdomen. The kidney related pain may go from the back to the lower abdomen. So there are each specific organ has each specific type of pain pattern.
