Im having pain in my right abdomen, went to the ER its not appendicitis or a kidney stone, they said maybe swollen lymp nodes but all my labs are normal, and i have no other symptoms like throwing up or fever this has been going on for weeks now not sure what to do.

It might be parasites. I took something for parasites and it helped. I took apple flavored ivermectin for horses from Duret (it works on humans too). There was a stuck feeling in my lower right abdomen and sometimes it was inflamed and the medicine helped me.
