Hey great video and great info. I would buy neither of these ETFs myself. I would rather take the chance and buy 2-3 REITs to hold in my portfolio. I was really disappointed with the yield in these ETFs compared to their individual REIT. They do come with less risk compared with buying individual REITs but for my situation I'm more comfortable owning 2-3 REITs. Keep up the great content!!!

I personally own VRE. I chose this one cause I have some REITs that are in other REIT ETFs and not in VRE. I wanted to minimize any overlap
