I think you can just pick like 3-4 REITs and get your preferred mix of growth or income without the fee in the sectors you want. I'm into Capreit and Granite for growth and into Smartcentres for that nice yield. Interrent has that dividend growth but it's a lower yield than Car and much more expensive than Capreit 40% more for it's FCF so I can't justify it over Capreit right now. Also ZRE from BMO has outperformed the other REIT ETFs if you aren't comfortable picking REITs or wanna be more hands off.

I got it while market down~$26/%4 yld. Too expensive now.

I really don’t like funds like these and the static Canadian bank funds. I can get better yields and without the expense fees.
