These Carrot 🥕 Cake Energy Balls are a great (and tasty!) way to get your daily collagen in. Plus, they couldn’t be easier — just mix and roll 👍

Here’s how to make them:
1 ½ cups uncooked rolled oats
½ cup peanut butter
¼ cup raw honey
4 scoops Unflavored #cleanishsupps Collagen Peptides
¾ cup shredded carrots (approx. 2 carrots), packed
⅓ cup golden raisins
⅓ cup chopped pecans
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp ground nutmeg
¼ tsp ground ginger
In a large bowl, stir together all of the ingredients until well-mixed.
Use a spoon or cookie scoop to grab 1 tbsp-sized portions. Using your hands, roll into 1-inch balls. Makes 20-25 bites.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
