3 Healthy SWEET Snack Recipes to Avoid Cravings

These healthy snack recipes are perfect to kick any sweets craving! Carrot Cake Zucchini Chocolate Muffins, Coconut Peanut Butter Balls & Dragon Fruit Smoothie! It's hard to believe they are healthy, but they are! We are using Vital Proteins in all of them to add extra protein & health benefits.

♥ Carrot Cake Zucchini Chocolate Chip Muffins ♥
¼ cup melted organic coconut oil
1 1/2 cups almond flour
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
½ teaspoon of sea salt
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 whisked eggs (include yolk)
¾ cup of grated zucchini (unpeeled)
½ cup of grated carrots (peeled)
½ teaspoon of baking soda
2 tablespoon of coconut flour
1 ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
1/4 cup of chocolate chips

Bake 30 min at 350 degrees Makes 6 Large Muffins

♥ Coconut peanut butter protein ball ♥
3 pitted dates
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
¾ cup gluten-free rolled oats
¼ cup chopped almonds

Combined all ingredients in a food processor and roll into small balls. Store in the refrigerator or freezer

♥ Dragon Fruit Smoothie ♥
2 Pi -TIE - ya
1 cup almond milk
2 tbs coconut
2 tbs Peanut butter

Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

♥ BONUS Recipe!! Melon Mint Beauty Water ♥
1/2 Lemon sliced
3-4 Mint sprigs

Combined all in a large water bottle or pitcher and store in fridge when not drinking.

These all look delicious! But, I have one question. I have an egg allergy and egg replacer (what I usually use) is packed with sodium and provides no health benefits. Is there something I could use that would work with the recipes and possibly be healthy than what I've been using?
