I’ve almost been working out for five years now, since I was ten and for about the first three years all I did was calisthenics from Chris. Now I’m 15 and still watch all of his videos and do calisthenics a little bit here and there. Thank you Chris for changing my life, indefinitely!!!

Can I just say what a freaking inspiration you are!? I went through a period of my life where I had a lot of shit happen, people passed away that I was really close with and loved, my mom got stage 4 cancer, and I was in an uber unsafe and abusive relationship and I just completely lost myself. I gained a good bit of weight, I lost any need to do anything else but watch tv and eat food that was bad for me. Then one time I started watching YT and I found you. IDK dude, something about you just made a shift in me.

I am down 28lbs, I stopped smoking, I am eating much cleaner, I am exercising and I love all of these videos you post. I still have a long way to go, but I AM here and I am DOING it.

Thank you for being a good human and being my wake up call.

I've been following Chris heria since last 2 - 3 months, i unlocked L sit, tuck front lever and tuck planche also unlocked + perfection in pushing and pulling exercises, and muscle ups are quite easier for me now, i did 100 push ups per day and more than 30 pull ups followed by some core strengthening exercises and my next Target is to perform front lever and planche advanced, thanks to Chris for training

Chris you motivated me one year ago, now one year in I just started doing weighted pull-ups since I never managed to do more than 12 pull-ups. Im doing 6 with 20KG added and now at 14 bw reps. Not stopping anytime soon 💪
