FAKE Rape Case! ⚠️

As per the NCRB Data, about 74% of rape cases under Section 376 of the IPC end up acquitting the accused.
But does this mean all the cases are fake? No!
- There are many such cases where women fail to prove that violence has happened to them, but it does not mean that violence did not happen.

- Also some factors lead sexual violence survivors to withdraw their complaints, turn hostile during investigation or trial, or settle outside court.
Looking at the increasing number of false rape cases in India, it is wrong to jump to the conclusion that women are misusing the law. There is a need to strengthen India’s judicial system in which women can prove the atrocities committed against them without any fear.

Fake rape allegations are the worst kind of crime even worse than murder. My friend's brother was once accused of fake rape and i cannot explain what he and his family went through all these years. Even his father was kicked out of his job because of this incident. The society was shaming every member of that family. Like my friend had literally stopped coming to college due to bullying from everyone including the teachers. And years after his brother was proven innocent not a single person apologized to them for their behavior.

I really think both people, rapist and fake rape accusing person should have same punishment in law.

I used to call myself a true feminist but that changed when my brother's new wife (I don't wanna call her bhabi) filed fake rape case against all men in the our family, fake domestic violence case on my elder sister (my elder sister is handicap, wheelchair person, it is physically impossible for my sister to even slap anyone, she can't even go to court because of her illness ) and she also filed fake dahej case in all of us. she also refused to give divorce to my brother and always calls him and blackmail him that she would destroy him and demanding property from my brother, we also have call recordings of her blackmailing my brother.
she absolutely destroyed our entire family with one fake FIR.
really our govt. has so many laws for protecting women but none for men,
I'm a woman too and I hate this system, and I can't do anything about it (she would have filed case on me even if I wasn't a minor)

it happened with my brother 3 years ago both of our families knew they were dating,
but then she cheated on him
and when she got caught she started to blame my brother for fake rape case and my brother was so mentally disturbed that he went into depression for a whole year and didn’t even focused on his studies….

I would just say he was too young for this…
He was only 18….
Well he going to be 21 soon and has been better but he still hates to date girls and don’t even wanna marry
