My jiju is in government job, and he was telling that most the woman out there don't work very hard..and being their directors also can't tell them to do so.. otherwise they just start blackmailing that they will put charges and allegations of harassment. Since it's government job, they can't be fired for not working effectively

If they are not held accountable as adults, then they will be treated as children & they shouldn't complain. Think about it from the pespective of a man. Can an adult man, or even 16 years old boy say that wife/mom told me to steal money, bring dahej/dowry, etc. & go scot free ??
