Rain is great news for CA! Damn these talking heads on the news. It’s always a disaster and never a blessing. Just because our aging infrastructure and inept leadership can’t prepare our cities for the storms, we need the rain and as much of it as we can get! Runoff fills the inadequate reservoirs we do have to provide water for all their new buildings they put up.

I'm in California . I'm right next to all these areas because I travel for work. A Good rainstorm can be Welcomed in a dry and drought condition, but when the ground is parched, rainwater can fail to saturate the ground resulting in the risk for Flash floods .

It's like pouring water on concrete, says Expert from the DWR, California Department Of Water. Moreover, Health Risk of flood water often become contaminated with sewage, chemicals, bacteria, and parasites . You can be exposed to, skin infections, Eye inflammation, Respiratory diseases, nausea and vomiting.

“That’s bad news for California”. Flooding, loss of life, property, and livelihood is terrible. But what is bothersome is the news will complain when California gets unprecedented rain and then in the summers when we don’t receive much rain it’s “we so desperately need rain”
