Great video, but I desperately need to see where and how the probe was positioned at the time of scanning. Thank you.

HOW DO YOU SCAN UMBILICAL REGION FOR HERNA BECAUSE OF MASKING BY INTENSE SHADOWING at the umbilicus. Even if you add large quantities of gel the findings are misleading.

How do they find a so - called INVISIBLE OR OCCULT HERNIA. I've had pain in the upper left side of my abdomen for about almost 2& 1/2to 3 years now. I've had it since I had covid 2 years ago. It started as a severe cramping & inward pulling pain whenever I coughed while bending over to either put on my shoes or pants. And I've had just about every diagnostic imaging tests that they Dr could order.: MRIs, CT scans both with & without contrast, x rays, and ultrasound. But sadly they found nothing. 😢 Nobody believes me. Even the Xray tech believed that it was a "Muscle strain." Well fast forward to today, and the pain seems to have gotten worse with it bieng triggered by a recent upper respiratory infection with The constant coughing. And I can now feel a hardened lump in that area. & all of These scans are from LAST YEAR. It hurts when I take deep breaths, or while walking, and sleeping on my right side makes it feel like it's being "pulled" over towards the middle of my abdomen. And bieng on the left side isn't any better. When I wake& get up in the morning it's worse. I've been to the gastroenterology clinic, on a 2nd opinion from my Dr but AGAIN, they going by the scans from LAST YEAR!!.( Why can't they just order more?) They told me that it looks like I had some air in my colon and that there was SOME thickening of my lower esophagus. And seemed to "blow it off" as possible constipation. So they just suggested that I "get a laxitive, And try that For a few weeks to see if my condition improves. & then if it didn't, then they could do an endoscopy. But of all the Dr's that I've asked they basically said that whatever the problem is on my upper left side is, the endoscopy probably won't be able to find it. I just don't want to be disappointed AGAIN. 😢

hello, I had open surgery for a right inguinal hernia (lihtenstein) 14 months ago. After the surgery, the erectil dysfunction problem started. There is swelling in the area where the mesh is placed and towards the penis and there is a pressure situation that prevents me during erection. After excluding all the factors that may cause the problem (blood Tests, testosterone, etc., I had no problems until the day of surgery) I saw many doctors, but their knowledge is insufficient. They only tell me what they have memorized. I started doing research. I found possible possibilities. 1. The erection nerve on the right may have been damaged during the operation.2 .In spinal anesthesia, the nerve that can affect the erection may be damaged. 3. The patch may have slipped towards the penis or may have been placed incorrectly at the beginning (this was confirmed by a urologist with an examination 4. Post-operative scar and fibrosis tissue in the region may be pressing on the veins and nerves of the erection (and when will it heal?) I don't know. Can you give me an idea?

I have a .2 cm inguinal hernia in my left side (female) - I’m assuming it likely doesn’t need surgery at this point. It isn’t causing me any issues at the moment.
