Are you kidding me?!! Fudgesicles were my favorite growing up (I’m Canadian - do they call them fudgesicles here?? )
Anyway, these are high protein zero refined sugar (sweetened with dates) and they whip up in less than 10 minutes. They’re so easy, gluten, dairy and refined sugar free.
Who’s trying them??? My family goes nuts for these!!
Ingredients
1 can of garbanzo beans
1/2 cup cacao
10 pitted dates
1 1/4 cup of milk of choice I use plant based.
Optional coating:
1/2 tbs Coconut oil
1 cup chocolate chips
Flaky salt
Combine all ingredients except for the chocolate, salt and coconut oil into a high powered blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour chocolate mixture into molds and add sticks.
Freeze for at least 30 min
Optional :
Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil and dip each bar into the chocolate
.top with flaky salt
These will be gone so fast!
