heres some advice from an AP student:

if you are on the verge of burn out but not yet completely burned out yet then take things one by one; if you have 4 pages to read for a test then read 1 or even half a page day by day or hour. this is not procrasanting if you're quite literally on the brink of 3 hours of sleep, dehydration, stress and more. I underestimated spreading out work until I started realizing that I'm still topping my class cause of the quality of my work, not how fast i turn it in.

I started to college when my baby was three months old. Almost three years later, no breaks, take summer classes, no daycare so I balance a toddler, full time school, and work. I have asked for help but it never happens. I’m finally melting down completely- burnout is no joke it’s devastating. I wish I could go back and tell myself to not push it so hard. Glad you’re spreading awareness

Wow. Last semester I failed all of my midterms and final. All of them. I completely lost the semester. I now realize I was completely burnt out, since I matched most of the symptoms described in this video.
Wild.

I am definitely in burn out. I am praying I make it to graduation. I wish I knew I was in burn out before this point. 😪

I have been in grad school since 2009. Burnout happened so long ago that I fear there is no hope for me D:

I burned out in highschool. I've always been in classes with the "best" kids around, and after 11 years of that, I just couldn't anymore.
I am now in my last year of university and I'm feeling much better, but I'm still not done recovering.

I am in a burnout, last semester i studied everyday for 8-9 hours and also attended to class, sometimes I did not eat dinner, and If I did it was a sandwich from a vending machine, i did not do sports and got 4 hours of sleep, that gave good results but idk if i am ready for that commitment again

This is what studying for AP exams has done to me. I'm so exhausted and yet I have to do the exams and then go back to school and be motivated to socially interact and do homework.

after suspending my studies because of a really acute burnout (combined with severe depression), I went back a year later to continue them. Here I am a year on from that, knowing that I will fail this year again and will have to restart the entire programme. But, I know it is worth it because having lost my mental health before, it just isn't worth losing it again...even if the financial cost is extortionate.

I am hoping the university can offer me some sort of reduced diploma or something for the first year of the programme where I actually excelled before succumbing to the onset of burnout.
In the year out, I learned a lot about myself and found diagnoses for two mental disorders; which gives me confidence in knowing that I am not just stupid or a procrastinator.

I have my exams from 3rd December. I've studied for 18 hours a day in the previous 2 month's. Somehow, I still feel scared of the exam. I really need to score good marks in the following exams.
Thank you for video ❤️ any more suggestions will help

I remember having academic burnout back near the end of 2021 before the summer holidays began. I got very mad because mainly due to school work and I complain that I want the summer holiday to start already. The incident happened in mid November and the summer holiday started at the start of December. I was in year 8 during this time.
