Thanks for the video. I've been front squatting for the first time now (4 months) and I can front squat 3 plates now, but when I go heavy I definitely get a bit of forward drifting

I do front squats because they have slightly more quad activation than back squats and more importantly it's at a lower weight. Mike you said there are better ways to target these muscles instead of front squats. What do you recommend?

An important question is basically: is front squat better than highbar squats for powerlifting? Don't highbar squats target the quads enough?

Powerlifters not competing in front squats so the question is is front squats has carryover to back squat?

Mike do you think that front squats can be a viable replacement to deadlift. This is something my buddy does ad he says it carries over a lot to his deadlift and he has a pretty good deadlift.
So whats your view
