FFmpeg lossless Windows capture upload test

Summary of what YouTube will do to the upload:
Convert lossless to lossy (H.264 lossless to lossy and FLAC to AAC)
Chroma subsample to 420
Frame rate from 50 to 25 Hz (I have no idea how to enable high frame rate, even though the video has more than or equal to 720 vertical pixels.)

Lossless capture:
Size: 40 716 180 B

Processing (trim and higher but lossless compression):
Size: 30 624 016 B
Note: I was not aware that FFmpeg had a native FLAC encoder. Its maximum compression level is 12, compared to the reference encoder's 8.
