seriously how hard can it be! this is one of those jobs anyone can do. i bet i could learn to do all the common dental operations in one afternoon..

btw i drilled my own tooth and filled it. it took me zero minutes to learn and the equipment and tooth cement cost me about 15 dollars on ebay..
