Windows 7 greatly depends on the ram too... CPU can be a difference as well, but overall Cool video

The motherboard took 15 seconds to post, so nvme took 12 seconds, ssd it took 24 seconds. With adjustments it can be cut down to half of that .

This comparison might have been more fair if drivers were installed on the system like graphics

Hi I find your videos helpful especially in my line of work.. I was task to build a PC that can run Win7 32bit to run an old payrol program. Its difficult to find old hardwares nowaday and I was already given latest hardwares to use.. I would really hepl me if you can create a video on how to install/run Windows 7 OS 32Bit on new/latest hardwares.. 🤞

wow, why is so slow? SSD could ve done it with win7 for 7 seconds or so....My antiquated hard drive did for 45 sec.)
P.S. Is it possible that old Pentium D causes such serious lags of boot process?

I have a Silicon Power SSD in my 7 build, it doesn't take over 40 seconds to boot.

You have some really wonky SSD's if it takes that long to boot.

probably all valid, but my experience from mech hd, which i had quite a bit of to a sata ssd was it was about half the time for boot. And when i went to a (modern) mobo m.2 it was not much faster if really at all.

I have been forced to upgrade to Windows 11, because the game development environment that I use for my game no longer works on windows 7 :s.

I love Windows 7 but now no other option. :s.
