EMBARRASSING! Alabama Loses 24-3 to Oklahoma | Eliminated From SEC Championship Contention

Alabama loses in embarrassing fashion 24-3 vs. Oklahoma. Kalen DeBoer’s press conference confirmed Deontae Lawson’s injury was a lower leg injury that kept him out for the remainder of the game. Jalen Milroe threw 3 interceptions including a pick-6 and was only able to run the ball for 7 yards on 15 attempts. Alabama’s defense could not stop Oklahoma on the ground giving up 257 yards rushing and 131 yards rushing to Jackson Arnold. Alabama is now eliminated from SEC Championship contention and one could only assume they will be bounced from the College Football Playoffs as well.

Transfer portal and paid players has ruined college football. Seeing a Milroe ad for an apparel company pisses me off. Especially when you come back from the commercial break with him performing like a dumbass. Yes, we can be this critical now that they’re paid.

As an OU fan I’m just shocked Alabama didn’t load the box more against us. All of our receivers are hurt, Arnold has been shaky at best, our o line can’t pass protect for very long, we are not a threat to throw the ball on a consistent basis. Obviously I’m glad they didn’t, I’m just a little stunned with how the game played out.

The Milroe experiment has utterly failed. He has made minimal improvement since Day 1 and kind of is what he’s always been: a hyper athletic player with the ability to make some incredible plays, but not a good QB at the end of the day. He’s never shown consistency. He never learned how to read a defense. He almost always folds when faced with adversity (exception for that Iron Bowl). On top of that his constant brand is a huge distraction to the team.

Alabama does not deserved to even be ranked. If they have a ranked number next to their name this up coming days, there is a major flaw in the college football ranking.
