Germany gambled that Russia would become a kind of ultra-corrupt version of the West and never envisioned the present situation. Sweden sells a lot of electricity to the country, but at high prices. Paradoxically driving up prices in Sweden! Because they sell to the highest bidder!

If German leaders do not change course, and if they do not display pragmatism in the conduct of their governance of their country, then such leaders should resign and call new elections. Germany must leave NATO. This defence body is no longer needed. The German economy is in an upheaval at present. But, it has the capability to put itself right.
