Hmm, looks like the circuit board is smaller on XGT than LXT, no low voltage shunts on 40V? 18V batteries are great for DIY projects because the terminals are isolated when the voltage gets too low. While with DeWalt/Milwaukee you can drain the batteries down too far and destroy them.

What kind of charging board is it? 10s 30a or 10s 40a? Maybe even higher?

Yo Makita charging like a hundred bucks for a dozen Double AA batteries is messed up
