Which side of the fence do you stand on for this case?

Correction: Rita was born in 1969 not 1979. 😬 but still evil.

You know you’re screwed when your own defense attorney has to chew you out for being absolutely delusional and dishonest.

The way the oldest two daughters talk about their disabled younger sister, saying she didn’t have “good hair” (uh more like no one cared for it) or “wasn’t photogenic, ” or could actually defend their mother’s actions high or not just further shows how no one in this horrible family actually cared for that poor child.

Man i wish we could hear more defense attorneys speaking with their definitely guilty clients. It's mildly satisfying.

She knew she was in the car for hours because as she stated to the babysitter on an earlier date “just leave her in the car when you go to work like I do”.

The way her sister spoke about her on the stand is so telling. What an awful family

It’s always fantastic when people’s own security cameras are their downfall.

I have severe disabilities and live in a wheelchair, and I so appreciate the sensitivity you used when describing Christina’s conditions. I also loved how you described high-functioning autism in another recent video. I wish everyone was as fair and kind about disabilities as you are.

I am a Respiratory Therapist and I know what happens when someone inhales stomach contents. The PH of those contents is so low it is like inhaling acid. It burns the lungs and is almost impossible to overcome. That child drowned in her own stomach contents which took a while to happen. The combination of that and the heat was a slow and torturous process. I cry when I think of how this girl suffered.

What Rita doesn’t understand is that regardless of whether the car was running or not, Christina was left alone for 6 HOURS and aspirated on her own vomit. These people are inhuman and despicable. 🤬

“Her hair was always a hot mess because she didn’t get the good Asian gene like me “😢yo wtf 🤬 to talk about your deceased disabled sister like that was so messed up smfh that little girl making it to the age of 13 is a miracle in itself the way she was treated was just terrible like Judge Newman said How could you?!!!

The other daughter trying to excuse her mothers behavior is terrible. What about her sister being malnourished? Having sores and infections? Admitting to leaving her in cars previously? This is outrageous. She needs to come to the realization that her mother abused her sister and that abuse led to her murder

Came here because my husband didn't remember, and I was trying to find something to remind him.

Realized today its been 5 years. She will be honored at graduation this year. Rest peacefully little one. You are not forgotten.

On a side note: What on earth is wrong w. the sister?? Who says that about their disabled sister, who is dead, especially on the stand. It made her mom look worse and turned my stomach. Did Christina get any genuine love and affection from any members of her family? This case is heartbreaking.

I am a special education teacher. My son is turning 28 this week. He was a 27-week preemie and has spastic quad CP also. There do need to be ways to get more help because there are not enough options for assistance. It's hard to find good people to help. But never in 28 years have I just abandoned him for 6 hours or any number of hours. Yeah, it's hard. Yeah, you expected to have an empty nest one day. Yeah, good help is hard to find. But there is absolutely no excuse for her behavior. This clearly wasn't an accident when you go swing and leave for another hour, etc.

Wow… the sisters testimony was so gross. When she’s not criticizing her deceased sister’s appearance she’s talking about how she benefited from her disability. Insufferable

Even without the extreme heat, who doesn't check on their child for 6 hours. No food or drink no comfort or stimulation just ignored. They just saw her as a nuisance. Poor girl must have suffered terribly in her last few hours.

I can't help but notice that the Mom's reaction to the guilty verdict shows a lot more emotion than I ever saw from her regarding Christina's death

The way her sister spoke about her on the stand made my jaw drop. What a weird thing to say. But it being the only nice thing she could think of shows a lot.
