One of the ingredients listed is “other ingredients “ 99.34% . Where is the transparency? You say it’s made from ingredients within fruit - how are those ingredients changed ? What ingredients do you add to those natural ingredients to enable them to stop fermentation ?? Do you use dyglcerides? What the manufacturing process ? Have there been long term safety studies ? Is Apeel a coating or a fungicide ? EPA says it’s a fungicide used after harvest . But Appel says it’s a protective coating . Which is it ? Is there carrageenan in it? Beeswax or shellac ? What about parrafin wax ? What about polyethylene glycol which is used in emulsifiers?
