🤔 What other words have two pronunciations?

Now I’m totally confusing myself — I’m a native speaker, from the US, and I just tried saying a few sentences with that word to figure out which way feels more natural to me. I realized that I pronounce it differently depending on if the next word starts with a vowel or a consonant sound, and I have no idea why, since that’s not something I was ever explicitly taught.

English is very difficult. You have to think in one way speak in another and write as you can 😂 look this Word corkscrew 5 consonantes together. 😅

I don't have a phonetics font🥺! I was first taught 'naide' and when I used American teaching materials, I heard 'nider' and I think it sounds more English than the first one.

Maybe I'll go with pronouncing it like 'nai'... It's much more music to my ears.🌻

I prefer to say nai that niii, the first one, is more English jaja, but I have a problem with neither and either jaja, just to add more difficulty, I am sure you will sort my problem out in the use of those words, because you are the one!!

Both of them are correct, but depend on the accent of the place where you are

A mate of mine pronounces ni.der for neither but ai.der for either. So confusing. 😅

If it starts with ‘N’, I guess Nee-thur feels a bit easier to say. 🧐💭And I think ‘often’ is one of them too.😊✨(I wonder if this was meant to be a playful video?😂😂)

I certainly prefer /ˈnaɪðə/, or 'not either ' (😂) and /ˈaɪðə/. I'm a romantic, I suppose 😊
